SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.The application range of inkjet printing inspection machines is very wide. They are mainly deployed at the back end of inkjet printers in various automated production lines for online quality control of product surface markings. They are not restricted by material type and are compatible with any product featuring visible inkjet codes, laser markings, or hot-stamped imprints.
2.This equipment is configured at the back of the inkjet printer to conduct quality inspection on all inkjet products and sort and eliminate the following inkjet quality defects that appear in the products: Missing characters、Blurred fonts、Deformed Inkjet Codes、Incorrect Characters

The visual coding inspection equipment is an automated detection system based on machine vision and intelligent algorithms. It is primarily composed of a high-speed industrial camera, lighting source, image processing software, controller, and rejection mechanism. Its core function is to perform real-time acquisition, identification, and judgment of issues such as missing, blurred, misaligned, or garbled codes on the production line, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and pass rate of the printed codes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Image acquisition is integrated by optical components, an image processor, software, and algorithms.
Uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) through image processing + pattern recognition + machine learning algorithms to automatically recognize, parse, and compare text or numbers in images.
Performs preprocessing on captured images, such as denoising, contrast enhancement, geometric correction, grayscale matching, and contour matching, to make images clearer and target features more prominent while reducing background interference.
Deploys AI models locally before shipment, with pre-trained data models that automatically recognize and mark image targets. The operation is convenient and “foolproof” for completing AI deep learning and application, significantly lowering the barrier to using AI technology.
After AI processing is completed, the inspection results are output to the production line control system, which then performs corresponding pass/fail actions for automatic product sorting.
