Suitable for foreign object detection in bags, boxes, and small parts of all food processing and pharmaceutical products. The device generates X-rays and utilizes their penetrating power, combining photoelectric technology with computer and digital signal processing technologies to identify and differentiate image information, detecting high-density foreign objects mixed in with the product, such as metals, ceramics, glass, bones, stones, and rubber.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
X-rays possess extremely high energy, enabling them to penetrate solid objects. Depending on the density of the object being inspected, X-rays are attenuated to a greater degree (in high-density areas) or a lesser degree (in low-density areas) as they pass through the product.
Detectors convert this residual radiation into electrical signals, thereby allowing density variations within the inspected object to be visualized in an image. The higher the density of the material, the darker it appears in the X-ray image, and vice versa.
Image processing software detects contrast differences within the image, highlights contaminants or missing products, and outputs corresponding signals.
