PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Equipment used to detect whether items contain metal contaminants, widely applied in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and packaging. When materials (e.g., food, medicine, packaging) pass through the detection channel, the presence of metal contaminants will interact with the electromagnetic detector, generating an electromagnetic field. The control system then determines the existence of metal objects based on the received threshold and triggers an alarm mechanism. This ensures product quality and safety, preventing metal contaminants from entering the market.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Operating on the principle of electromagnetic induction, a metal detector utilizes an internal transmitting coil to generate a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, while two oppositely wound receiving coils on either side maintain a real-time electromagnetic balance (zero signal); when a product contaminated with metal passes through the inspection tunnel, the high magnetic permeability of ferrous metals or the eddy current effect induced within non-ferrous metals instantly disrupts this equilibrium, causing the receiving coils to capture a faint voltage differential signal that is sent to a DSP processor, which triggers the downstream rejection mechanism (such as an air jet or pusher) within milliseconds to precisely intercept and eliminate the defective product.
