HISTOM’s HSD-GWG107 AI Vision Inspection System combines multiple inspection functions in one system, helping manufacturers identify common packaging defects and automatically reject non-conforming bottles.


What Can It Inspect?

Designed for online bottle inspection, the HSD-GWG107 supports several checks in one production-line solution:
● Cap defects: missing caps, high caps, and tilted caps.
● Liquid levels: levels that are too high or too low.
● Label defects: missing labels and misaligned labels.
● Inkjet code defects: missing codes, incomplete characters, and duplicate printing.


How Does the System Work?

The system uses four 5-megapixel industrial cameras and AI vision software to capture and analyze bottle images in real time. Inspection results are sent to the line-control system, and a pneumatic rejection mechanism removes bottles identified as non-conforming.


The inspection setup can be adjusted to suit the product and production line. Actual performance depends on bottle design, line conditions, product presentation, and the final inspection
