This equipment is installed at the post-stage of the production line and is specially customized for the capping and labeling processes of bottled products, enabling comprehensive, real-time intelligent inspection of both bottle caps and labels. It accurately identifies various defects such as label appearance flaws, coding errors, high caps, tilted caps, missing caps, and tamper-evident ring abnormalities. The equipment automatically sorts and rejects defective products, ensuring fully automated quality inspection throughout the process. It efficiently and strictly controls the quality of filling, capping, and labeling, steadily guaranteeing the pass rate of finished products leaving the factory.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Image acquisition is integrated by optical components, an image processor, software, and algorithms.
The captured images are preprocessed with operations such as denoising, contrast enhancement, geometric correction, grayscale matching, and contour matching to make the images clearer, highlight target features more prominently, and reduce background interference.
The AI model is deployed locally before shipment, with pre-trained data models that automatically recognize and mark image targets. The operation is convenient and allows a "foolproof" approach to completing AI deep learning and application, significantly lowering the barrier to using AI technology.
After AI processing is completed, the inspection results are output to the production line control system, which then performs corresponding pass/fail actions for automatic product sorting.
