To address the issue of random bottle orientations during transport, a vision system identifies and detects specific bottle features and rotates the bottles to a designated orientation; this ensures uniform alignment on high-speed production lines, thereby facilitating the smooth operation of subsequent processes such as labeling and packaging.

On a high-speed production line, the system captures images of the bottles using high-frame-rate industrial cameras and employs AI deep learning algorithms to precisely identify their orientation within milliseconds. A decision signal is instantly transmitted to the control system, triggering a downstream flipping mechanism to accurately rotate misaligned items, while correctly oriented items pass through smoothly and seamlessly; this ultimately ensures highly uniform product orientation and automated correction across the entire line.
