SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Suitable for foreign matter detection of various types offood, canned food, pharmaceuticals, light industry and variousproducts. It can detect metal, non-metal (such as glass, ceramics, stones, plastics, bones, high-density rubber, plastic, etc.) pollutants and other high-density pollutants in products.
Based on Al foreign object software recognition algorithm, it has a self-learning function and can inherit a variety ofdetection algorithms, eliminate interference factors, run detection stably, and provide excellent quality control and guaran-tee; this equipment is easy to install and can be integrated with existing production lines.
SAMPLE INSPECTION EXAMPLE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Applicable to foreign object inspection of bottled, canned, boxed, and other products in an upright position. The equipment generates X-rays and utilizes their penetrating capability, integrating optoelectronic technology, as well as computer and digital signal processing technologies, to identify and distinguish image information, detecting high-density foreign objects mixed in products, such as metal, ceramic, glass, bone, stone, rubber, etc.
INSPECTION FUNCTION
Metal detection
Plastic detection
Stone detection
Glass detection
Bone detection
Ceramic detection
WORKING PRINCIPLE
As the product moves forward through the inspection tunnel, the X-ray generator located on one side of the tunnel emits a high-energy X-ray beam, which directly penetrates the container and the internal materials. After penetrating the product, the rays are received in real time by a precision linear array detector deployed on the opposite side of the tunnel.
Different materials exhibit significant variations in their ability to absorb and block X-rays (transmittance) due to differences in their molecular structures and atomic numbers. The higher the density of a material, the more X-rays it absorbs, and the fewer rays penetrate through it.
Standard products and their packaging materials have lower densities, resulting in high X-ray transmittance; consequently, the digital image formed on the detector appears as a bright light-gray or white area. Conversely, when rigid, high-density contaminants (such as metals, glass shards, stones, or rigid high-density rubber) are mixed inside the container, these foreign objects heavily absorb X-rays. This causes a drastic reduction in the amount of penetrating rays, instantly rendering distinct black or dark-gray hyperdense spots/shadows on the digital image.
